Flyra – Terms And Conditions

Terms and Conditions (Effective February 2025)

Welcome to Flyra Travel Agency. By using our services and booking with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings require full payment or a deposit (where applicable) to confirm your reservation. Once a booking is confirmed, a binding agreement is established, and payments are non-refundable. The total amount is due as outlined during the booking process. Once a deposit is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Non-Refundable Bookings

All confirmed bookings are final and non-refundable. This includes flights, accommodation, tours, transportation, and any other travel-related services. Once payment is made and a booking is confirmed, no cancellations, refunds, or adjustments will be permitted. Customers are encouraged to review their bookings carefully before confirming.

3. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to confirmed bookings, including alterations to dates, services, or travel arrangements, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges from suppliers, including administrative fees. These changes will not be processed until payment for any additional charges is received. We reserve the right to refuse changes if deemed unreasonable.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events that may affect your travel, including cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage. Customers are solely responsible for purchasing travel insurance. Failure to purchase insurance may leave you vulnerable to non-refundable costs in the event of unexpected situations.

5. Third-Party Supplier Terms

All travel services provided by third-party suppliers, such as flights, accommodation, and excursions, are governed by the suppliers’ terms and conditions. Flyra Travel Agency is not responsible for any changes, delays, cancellations, or issues caused by these suppliers. Any claims related to services rendered by third-party suppliers must be directed to the relevant service provider.

6. Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure all travel documents (such as passports, visas, etc.) are valid for the duration of your trip and comply with the entry requirements of the destination country. Flyra Travel Agency will not be liable for any issues or consequences arising from invalid or missing travel documents or failure to meet entry requirements.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any disruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, or supplier failures. No compensation or refunds will be provided. We encourage customers to monitor travel conditions and make appropriate preparations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Flyra Travel Agency is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, accident, health issue, delay, or cancellation beyond our direct control. Our liability, if any, is strictly limited to the amount paid for the affected service only and does not cover incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including additional expenses or losses.

We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or service failures of third-party suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, transport providers, or tour operators). Any disputes or claims related to third-party services must be handled directly with the provider.

9. Personal Responsibility & Third-Party Transactions

Flyra Travel Agency is not responsible for any losses, scams, or unauthorized transactions made by customers with locals, vendors, or third parties outside our official services. Any payments made outside of our verified bookings are at the customer’s own risk, and we will not provide refunds or assistance for such cases.

Customers are advised to exercise caution and assess situations carefully before making any payments or agreements with non-official providers.

10. Customer Conduct

You agree to behave responsibly and lawfully during your travel. Flyra Travel Agency reserves the right to cancel any part of your itinerary or deny service if your conduct is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or unlawful. In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be provided.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal information provided during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your travel arrangements and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary to complete the booking. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our privacy policy.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, Flyra Travel Agency encourages you to first attempt to resolve the issue through customer service. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, mediation or arbitration may be pursued. Legal action may only be taken if all other avenues have been exhausted.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Philippines. Should a dispute arise during the customer’s travels abroad, the parties agree to first attempt mediation or arbitration under Philippine law before pursuing legal action. Arbitration decisions will be final and binding, and enforceable internationally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation or arbitration, it will be addressed in the Philippine courts.

By booking with Flyra Travel Agency, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
